This webinar is a conversation among 4 Patient Partners from the University Health Network and Laura Williams, Director of Patient Engagement. Together, they will talk about COVID-19 and the impact it has had on their health care experiences as well as their involvement in the organization on COVID-19 related policies and programs. Some of the topics that will be spoken about from the patient and family caregiver perspective are: virtual care, compassionate care, and essential care partners.
