As we emerge from the pandemic into whatever is our new normal, what is the future of virtual care? What might it look like, recognizing virtual care delivery is here to stay, but not all care lends itself to being delivered virtually. What will we need to consider, how do patients feel about this, how do HCPs plan for it, what criteria might we put in place to identify where the value is most clear for both patients and HCPs for care to be delivered virtually. From the patient’s perspective, how do we understand the current experience and what we need to consider as systemic decisions are made in the future of care delivered virtually.
