The COVID-19 Pandemic has highlighted the effectiveness of women leaders on international, national, provincial, and local scales. Jacinda Arden, Dr. Bonnie Henry, and Angela Merkel are just a few who have risen to the occasion remarkably. A parallel priority alongside tackling the challenges of the pandemic has been the global social awakening to systemic racism and the vital need to ensure that equity, diversity, and inclusion are explicitly embedded into our systems and organizations.
