Our website has been completely redesigned with a clean, modern design, making it easy for you to find the information you need and stay connected with us. We hope you find our website to be a valuable resource.
The website update is one element of CCHL’s implementation of a new association management platform to improve our members’ experience. The new system and digital transformation were required for the College to update to a membership platform that integrates with best-in-class systems and tools, and connects with external systems used by the College, our Professional and Leadership Development (PLD) team, and our members.

Message for members
Between February 22 and 24, you will receive an email with instructions to confirm your login (primary email) and create a new secure password. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there. The old system (Olatech’s in1touch) will no longer be available after the launch.
You will be asked to verify your account by clicking the “Verify my CCHL Login Account” link in the system email, which will activate your login. You will then be prompted to login to the CCHL website, where you can click the blue “My Account” button in the website header to update your details. The Account Centre provides you the opportunity to update your contact information, and the ability to adjust your email preferences.
The new system will have Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, allowing you to easily navigate to other CCHL platforms such as the Circle for member engagement and DE Systems for conference registration. In addition, new modules will be coming online, including Cloud Generation for the CHE program and for the management of Maintenance of Certification credits, and the LEADS online self-assessment.
Please note that if your membership is not yet renewed for 2023, you will need to do so to continue accessing our services.
