The LEADS self-assessment tool is an introduction to the LEADS language and an opportunity for self-reflection so that one can better understand their capabilities and behaviours with respect to the LEADS framework. The results are based on the average of how often an individual demonstrates each behaviour within each of the 5 domains. As a CCHL member, you have access to this beneficial tool through your Account Centre. Just click on the LEADS Self-Assessment tab, under the Professional Development section and select the leadership context that most aligns with your current work role.
