LEADS Inspired Leadership brings online the renowned LEADS Learning Series that has been transforming health leadership for more than a decade. Developed as an innovative partnership between LEADS Canada (Canadian College of Health Leaders) and CHA Learning (a division of HealthCareCAN), this program includes dynamic and interactive courses that explore each of the LEADS domains and their capabilities. This unique online program meets the CHE Select Program requirement for the LEADS Learning Series. Through the program, participants have the opportunity to enhance their leadership capacity to tackle complex challenges facing them, their organization or health system. In addition, the program guides participants in ways to recognize, build and enhance practical skills in decision making, influencing and inspiring others through times of change.
The program will launch in November 2019 but register now and the first 25 registrants will receive a special early bird price of $1450 (regular price $1795).
