Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement

The Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement is a not-for-profit organization funded by the Government of Canada, dedicated to accelerating healthcare improvement. CFHI plays a unique, pan-Canadian role in spreading healthcare innovations. We help teams from different jurisdictions work together on common improvement priorities, providing opportunities to implement and spread patient-centred, evidence-informed solutions across regions, provinces and territories.
