Executive Programs at the Rotman School of Management is pleased to announce the upcoming 18th offering of the Advanced Health Leadership program, open to participants from across Canada!
This year’s dates are:
Module I: February 12 – 16, 2024
Module II: April 22 – 26, 2024
Module III: June 17 – 21, 2024
AHLP concentrates on developing the leaders in the areas of Systems Thinking and Design, Change Management, and Leadership, as well as several additional competencies, namely Integrative ThinkingTM, Emotional and Political Intelligence, experiential exercises, a focus on group discussion and guest sessions with current leaders in the system. Through a combination of health leadership development and management school expertise, the program provides an immersive opportunity for personal leadership development for current and potential members of executive teams working in the sector. We bring together the highest potential health system leaders (physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators) from across the health system (hospitals, home and community care, primary care, mental health, long-term care, social support institutions, public health, etc.).
