Leaders will be challenged to transform health systems and make them responsive to future disruptive events, such as pandemics or natural disasters due to climate change. This webinar will examine the key features of resilience in the healthcare supply chain. The supply chain can be a strategic asset to health systems able to support and enable capacity to deliver patient care services, and support the health and wellness of the workforce. Findings from seven Canadian provinces will be presented as a framework for advancing resilience and agility post pandemic. Practical suggestions for health leaders will be provided.
