Public sector organizations are operating in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, requiring institutions to manage immediate pressures while still advancing long-term goals. In this session, learn how a regional comprehensive research-intensive university developed a phased, strategic approach to guide implementation of its Strategic Plan and how this foundation-supported development of a revised approach to Strategic Plan implementation informed by the community during periods of unprecedented volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity experienced such as that experienced throughout 2020/21.
